Is originally from Long Island, New York and relocated to Phoenix in 1994 to become part of Scottsdale Insurance Company. He is currently the Associate Vice President of the Actuarial Reserving Department. Kevin is a Scottsdale Leadership Class XXVI alumni and served on their board from 2012-2014.

I first learned about Paiute Neighborhood Center in 2010 when I became involved in tutoring one day a week.  I really enjoyed working with the kids and seeing them grow.  After completing Scottsdale Leadership Class 26 in 2012 and serving on their Board of Directors from 2012-2014, I was ready to return to helping children learn and develop.  I feel being involved with the Partners for Paiute Board, I can have a positive impact on their lives.

Lynn Whitman

Vice President

Spent more than 20 years in a variety of retail businesses, including a wide variety of positions and a term as Chairperson of a National Retail Federation division. She has been COO of a national marketing consortium and for the past 10 years has been a partner in an Arizona consulting firm. She has worked tirelessly as a volunteer, organizing significant fundraising events, developing financial strategies, structuring startup non-profits and more. In her recent volunteer roles, she was Vice President of Greater Phoenix SCORE, sat on the Board of Governors for the Boys and Girls Clubs of Greater Scottsdale, coached non-profit businesses in the Fast Pitch competition for Social Venture Partners. She has deep roots in the community, having lived in the area for for over 40 years.

I came of age in Scottsdale.  Many of my fondest memories are about places and happenings in the downtown Scottsdale area. When I found an opportunity to help the community in an area where I grew up, I was quick to offer to bring my skill set and heart to this organization. As a life-long volunteer, I was looking for an opportunity to give back something to the community that nurtured me.  I found that opportunity with Partners for Paiute.  I also found a group of people who are passionate about this community, committing time and resources to making the Paiute neighborhood a better place for the children and families who live there.

Pam has also been active on the Hope Ball Committee that benefits The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society of Arizona.

My family moved to Scottsdale from the Chicago Area the summer before my freshman year of high school. I graduated from Scottsdale High and stayed in state for college and graduated from Arizona State University.

It would be an honor and a privilege to give back to a community that I grew up in and which truly enriched my life!

I admire the diversity of Partners for Paiute outreach to provide funding and support for people of all ages, ethnicities and situations all with the spirit of community, enriching lives and providing life changing opportunities in mind.

The City of Scottsdale and the people who live and work in this city have long been “near and dear” to my heart! I’m a longtime resident with a strong desire to see this community thrive through giving back in this wonderful capacity

I first heard about Paiute Neighborhood Center (PNC) in 2007, from a co-worker at Harris Bank. Growing up in Scottsdale, I’ve seen first-hand the citizen’s willingness to help others. When I had the opportunity to give back, PNC was the first place I wanted to get involved. I am amazed by the work and dedication the staff, and agencies provide to the Paiute community.
